Tito Sotto keeps ‘pabasa’ tradition

The Sotto family’s Lenten season has become more meaningful with the “pabasa” tradition.

Senate President Tito Sotto said he and his brothers have kept their mother’s Holy Week ritual and tradition of reading pabasa ng pasyon, the story on Christ’s passion, death and resurrection from the dead.

“We never miss the Good Friday PABASA. Our Mom’s Holy Week must!” he wrote on Instagram.
