Magnolia looks to make it three in a row, but wary of ROS fightback in Game 5

MAGNOLIA tries to make it three in a row against Rain or Shine in a bid to move closer to a coveted place in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup finals.

The Hotshots go to the 7 p.m. Game Five armed with back-to-back wins that allowed them to tie the best-of-seven series against the Elasto Painters at 2-2.

Coach Chito Victolero though, is expecting a big Rain or Shine comeback especially in the wake of the Elasto Painters’ big fourth-quarter comeback the last time that only fell short in a 94-91 loss.

“It’s a series,” declared Victolero after the team overhauled a 0-2 deficit. “It’s one seat for the finals, so we just have to be ready again for a physical game (on Wednesday).”
