Sarah Geronimo is a proud “mom” as her former wards in the various editions of “The Voice of the Philippines” continue to reach new career heights, with a number of them even sharing the stage with her in concerts and shows like “ASAP Natin ‘To.”
Geronimo, who is returning as a coach for the upcoming fourth season of “The Voice Kids,” mentioned the likes of Darren Espanto, Morissette, and Kyle Echarri as former Team Sarah members who have each earned big breaks in showbiz.
“Iyon naman po talaga ‘yung goal ng show, ‘no — para matupad ‘yung pangarap ng mga pumapasok po dito, na minsang nangarap, whether ito ‘yung stepping stone nila para maging artista, o maging international star.
“Masarap sa pakiramdam, iyong talagang with pride na sasabihin mo: ‘She came from my team!’ Talagang maipagmamalaki mo,” she said.
